Niccolo Jose is a young and talented Filipino visual artist known to craft organic sculptures, functional wooden accent art pieces, and studio contemporary furniture. His passion for the arts and the environment took him to Lewis & Clark College (Portland, Oregon) where he majored in Environmental Studies and Studio Art. A hybrid artist consistently pushing the boundaries of art and ergonomics, Niccolo branches out with three and two-dimensional accent art pieces as resident artist of design firm Studio 10:10. His larger-than-life “Twig Man” sculptures made out of woven branches and twigs is on display at Washington Square Park in the city of Portland.
