Enrique Tabuena is a Filipino Artist who has been based in Kuwait for almost 25 years. His style has evolved from the influence of local culture in the Philippines as well as Arabic calligraphy style.

The themes that drive his work are varied, but he considered painting as an autobiography that chronicles his life. Working with oil as a medium, he intends to push the boundary of what he can do in relation to producing color and harmony.

Without God, We Are Drifters is the artist’s way of thanksgiving, a collection of mostly positive spiritual paintings that indicated his personal relationship with God and a chronicle of his spiritual growth.
